About Me
All the Details
Where do I come from?
I grew up in a small town in northern Quebec, having amazing adventures on the cold beaches and in the wild pine forests, totally unaware that a "Game Designer" was an actual career and that I could someday become one. I have a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Modern Languages and a major in Film Studies. I've always been passionate by games, but only when I graduated did I come across Game Design as a possible career path.

Why am I a Game Designer?
The "why" is extremely important in any design and decisions leading our lives. I choose to be a game designer because it enables me to do both problem solving and creative thinking. Throughout my studies, I've always felt like I had to make a choice between my logic skills and my creative skills, that I had to sacrifice one or the other. Game Design allows me to reunite both skills into one methodology and I seriously can't see myself doing something else.

Where am I going?
Working in Indie games has though me a lot and I'm well aware that I still have a lot to learn. I am particularly interested in any form of innovation and how games' accessibility can bring different human experiences to audiences. I thrive in learning new skills and I want to make games that are meaningful, enjoyable and elegant.
